1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the website at https://reach-geo.com ("Site") or engaging Reach GEO's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

2. About Reach GEO

Reach GEO is a Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) agency based in Lisbon, Portugal. We help brands become cited sources in AI-powered answer engines such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude.

3. Services

Our services are provided under separate written service agreements ("Agreements") negotiated and signed with each client. These Terms govern only the use of this website and any initial contact or enquiry. Specific deliverables, timelines, pricing and warranties are defined exclusively in the relevant Agreement.

4. Intellectual property

4.1 Our content

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, blog articles and code — is the intellectual property of Reach GEO or its licensors and is protected under Portuguese and EU copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without prior written consent.

4.2 Client deliverables

Ownership of deliverables produced for clients is governed by the relevant Agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full ownership transfers to the client upon receipt of final payment.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure
  • Transmit any malware, spam or harmful code
  • Scrape, crawl or systematically extract content without express permission
  • Impersonate Reach GEO or any of its team members

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Reach GEO does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components.

GEO outcomes (e.g. citation rates in specific LLMs) depend on factors outside our control, including model updates and third-party algorithm changes. We make no guarantees of specific results unless expressly stated in a signed Agreement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Portuguese law, Reach GEO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Reach GEO in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. Reach GEO has no control over and accepts no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, Portugal, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under applicable EU law.

10. Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
