Reach GEO is a Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) agency based in Lisbon, Portugal. Our website is https://reach-geo.com. When you use our website or contact us, you entrust us with your personal data. We take that responsibility seriously and comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Portuguese data protection law.

2. What data we collect

2.1 Data you provide directly

When you fill in our contact form, we collect:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your company name (optional)
  • The content of your message

2.2 Data collected automatically

When you visit our website, our hosting infrastructure may automatically log:

  • IP address (anonymised where possible)
  • Browser type and version
  • Pages visited and time spent
  • Referring URL

We do not use third-party analytics tools that place tracking cookies without your consent.

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months, after which they are permanently deleted. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us.

  • Erasure — ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten")

  • Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority: CNPD (Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados).

6. Cookies

We use two types of cookies:

6.1 Strictly necessary cookies

  • cc_cookie — stores your cookie consent preferences (6 months)
  • NEXT_LOCALE — remembers your language preference PT/EN (1 year)

These cookies do not require consent under the ePrivacy Directive.

6.2 Analytics cookies (with consent)

With your consent, we use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymous usage data: page views, Web Vitals performance scores (LCP, FID, CLS) and visitor country. No personally identifiable data (name, email or full IP address) is stored. You can withdraw consent at any time via the cookie button in the bottom-left corner of the site.
